The Friends of Tarrytown support a variety of initiatives throughout our Village. Here are a few of our most recent fundraising efforts aimed at improving our parks and public spaces. Ready to donate? Click here.
Bench Repairs and Replacements
We aim to keep our park amenities accessible to all Tarrytown residents by ensuring that they are in good condition. Benches in several of our parks need repairs not covered by the Village budget.
Courtside Shade & Seating
For our local tennis and pickleball players and fans, the Friends are raising funds to add bench seating with cabana coverage at the Tarrytown courts.
Patriots Park Pavilion
Our “north-star” project is to build a permanent pavilion in Patriots Park that can be used as a performance stage for arts programming, concerts, and holiday celebrations, as well as a year-round pavilion for community and family occasions.
Athletic Field Upgrades
Our local athletes deserve facilities that match their hard work. We will invest in our ballfields and other local sports complexes to ensure every athlete gets the best experience.
